Ron and Carol Zills - 1433 20th St., Webster City, IA Ron & Carol purchased the property twenty years ago, in 1987. The barn was built in the early 1900s and made of wood and metal - the farm house dates to 1880s. The original function was probably a corn shed; but today it is used as a horse barn and for hay storage.

The quilt block design was painted by Carol in 2006 in honor of their son who has served in the U.S. Army for twelve years.
